“I can only get the right bud to pair with my Bluetooth device. Is there something that I can do to make it happen”

• If by make it happen you mean the left, yes. Just follow the instructions that come included. You need to hold the unpaired head phone bud till you see the blue and red lights (that occurs after holding it for 4 seconds).
