These are bluetooth 5.0 and so, backward compatible with all earlier versions of BT. and secondly they come with SM, Med, and Lrg. eartips which fit deeply enough into the ear canal to hold them which also makes them very easy to listen to, plus the overall shape is made to fit the outer ear. They are very secure.
