Why does the lights of my case not turn on unless plugged in also doesn’t Charge the headphones if Unplugged??? Pls help null

Mine charges mine without being plugged in. There is also a button on the front that you can push to see the lights that tell how charged the box is. If yours doesn’t charge your headphones without being plugged in, then I would guess that it is defective.

Is ur case charged and once its charged pres the front button if that dont work contact where u bought it from or contact ur warranty provider
