QuestionI just bought these and I don’t know if they’re charging correctly... can you leave them outside of the box or do you have to put them in after using them? I’ve had them in the box for quite a while and the light is still red.

- Answer Yes, they must be left in the case to charge. They should fully charge in less than 3 hours. Make sure the case is fully charged before charging the earbuds themselves.

- Answer With the experience that I’ve had if you put the wireless earbuds in the case they should start charging unless they’re already fully charged.
