“I bought this a few weeks ago, initially i was happy with my purchase, but i noticed that the earbuds won't charge unless battery totally out. Is this the common things for wireless earbuds? I never had wireless earbuds before,skullcandy reps not helpful”

With the experience that I’ve had if you put the wireless earbuds in the case they should start charging unless they’re already fully charged.
