“Why does the lights of my case not turn on unless plugged in also doesn’t Charge the headphones if Unplugged??? Pls help”

• Mine charges mine without being plugged in. There is also a button on the front that you can push to see the lights that tell how charged the box is. If yours doesn’t charge your headphones without being plugged in, then I would guess that it is defective.

• Is ur case charged and once its charged pres the front button if that dont work contact where u bought it from or contact ur warranty provider
