• With both in the off position, hold the buttons for 10sec.

• Disconnect them from your phone, put both inside the case. Hit the button on the case twice. Open your Bluetooth and the case and you should be able to reconnect. Then put them in you ears and press or hold down til you hear powering on and connected from both earbuds.
