Yes. My husband's set has this issue sometimes. I forget the earbuds on my bluetooth settings in the phone/device. Turn off earbuds. Turn earbuds back on, holding the power button down until the indicator light flashes red and blue (i.e. ready to pair). Then add the earbuds back to the device. If it doesn't work, I repeat the process again, but I pair the other side first. In other words, if I tried pairing the left side first, then the right, and they don't both connect, the next time I try, I pair the right side first, then the left. After 1-3 times of "forgetting" the earbuds and then reconnecting, it works. My husband cannot figure it out on his own. If you are really not a techie at all, you may want to ask someone who is to help you :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just go to the device it’s connected on and disconnect them or forget device where ever your Bluetooth settings are. The turn your Earbud off and turn it on again, and have it close to the same device as the other earbud and pair it when you see Sesh Evo in the other devices.
