Are these actually noise cancelling? null

They do not have ANC or active noise cancellation. They have noise isolation which is fairly effective due to the silicone ear tips that work to seal out outside noises. However, noises will still bleed through.

I feel they are noise canceling. Pretty good headphones for the price. Actually getting a huge steal.
