In your settings on your computer look for Bluetooth devices go there the go to add new device make shour you hed set is on

Your computer needs to be bluetooth compatible. I don't know anything about a USB Bluetooth adapter.

I went to settings on my laptop and turned on Bluetooth. It then did a search and Uproar Wireless showed up. It said Ready to pair. I clicked on that to pair my headphones to my laptop. I am running Windows 10.
