• I don't think so. I cant speak to the specific case but I tried to have them paired to my tablet while my wife tried to listen thru a paired set of headphones and it would not do both so we had to use a splitter and an older pair of head phones.

• Once the sending unit is plugged into a TV, most TVs will shut off internal speakers. Not sure about a sound bar.
