I have both the Uproar and Hesh 2, and they seem to play nice with all levels of USB power providers. Give them 2 amps they will charge very quickly, give them 500 mA they will still charge but just take longer. They are not heavy power users in any case; on a standard 500 mA USB outlet my Uproar goes from dead to full charge in about half an hour.
