“Does this come with a charging dock where you can simply rest the headphones on? If not, does anyone know other brand that have this feature? It beats plugging it in daily since I will be using this throughout the day at work. Thank you.”

Just a charge cord, no dock. However, I'll tell you that I use this through the ENTIRE work day every single day without needing to charge them. I usually work 8-9hrs a day and the battery usually lasts me 9-10.
