I’m having the same issue I bought two and they are both doing the same. I’m going to try and return them for a refund.

I have the same issue. Skullcandy headset showing Method Wireless in Bluetooth connections. Worked quite well for a few months. Since the last time I charged the headset, however, it has begun performing an auto power off after a brief connection. The connections last about 15 seconds, during which time I can see that the headset is reporting that it is 100% charged.

This site has some suggestions about, well, wacking the unit and attempting a hard reset.

I tried the "hard reset" option, and that worked.

1. Plug in to charge.
2. Hold down the power button for approximately 10 seconds. 

I then re-repaired the headset and listened to a whole song while the power was connected. That worked, so I, then, removed the power and it still works. So, give that a shot.
