Restart you ear buds by charge them up and hold the power button for couple seconds
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think maybe you held the button too long and placed it back in pair mode. I always listen with one headphone for the "power off" response. If you are using them, like actually listening to the headphones and this happens maybe it's a defect. I purchased the insurance from Bestbuy which is great! I recommend doing so with all electronic devices or anything that offers it for that matter.
