“What does steady pink indicator mean along with not able to connect all of a sudden.... My phone keep saying cannot pair or communicate ... And also when it is stuck pink like this none of the buttons work .. holding power doesn't achieve anything?”

Every now and then that happended to me and I would just put it on charger and presto working.

Please try again later.I found i very hard to understand at first, then I turned it off, and then powered it on with the VOL DOWN + POWER held down, and it will start to pair. Make sure it has 5-6 hours charge time and is high up ~100% charge just in case. Then it will say pairing or ready to pair and find it on your device as METHOD WIRELESS and connect. It should work.
