No there is no setting to make them vibrate. They just play the ringtone.

They wont vibrate because it's not an option for these. Most wireless headphones won't vibrate, but they will beep when you get an incoming call to notify you.

I don't think there is a feature for that but when it's paired to your phone and sombody calls it plays a ringtone.
