Firmware is upgraded automatically. These devices are extremely limited in what options the user can adjust. My unit constantly drops it's network connection and rings the doorbell for no reason. I've joined this to 4 different Wifi routers to try and resolve this with no success. I even swapped devices thinking the first was defective. Still no resolution, I'm looking for another manufacturer that doesn't charge a monthly fee. No success in that search either. Good luck, hope yours functions better than mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to contact Skybell Customer Service with a problem, then they remotely updated the firmware from their side, in my experience. I have not found a way to update it on my own.
