I would say it is not the best for running Call of Duty, But Fortnite would be okay. I am not an expert, just looking at what will work for my 11 year old son as he plays Fortnite, Among Us and Roblox the most. I do not think this will give you the results you want for playing Call of Duty. Below are the recommended specs for both games. I don't know enough about GTX 1650. Hope this Helps.
