“I know nothing about PC builds. This PC seems to be a good start for my son. What has me concerned is to be able to connect to WiFi and if we can upgrade the PC later on. Storage is a main concern, wanting to add more SSD or HDD storage later on.”

yes it has AC WiFi, basically un plug in anm antenna to the back then it wirelessly connects. You can always upgrade, just make sure the part fits in the case. hope this helps.
