Does this work with an oculus rift? null

Yes it will but you will want to move a model up to play more comfortably.

i would think at barebone's settings yes but for the best results an I-7 intel chipset with a RTX-2060 nvidia video card or better would be best...i run both an oculus rift and a oculus 2 with that setup and 16 gigs of memory.
