Can this be connected to a tv with an HDMI cord? null

Yup, you can connect this bad boy to your tv right out of the box, but be sure to connect your hdmi cord to the gpu in the pc, not into the motherboard hdmi slot (if it even has that, I am not familiar with the 300 series intel motherboards)
