Please try again later.If you still have your MANUFACTURE WARRANTY.... the only way you could get a new one was if it became defective and depending on there polices they would give you a new one or fix it.... and you would have to go through the Manufacture themselves.... If you get a Geek Squad Protection Plan that says its an ADH plan (Accidental Damage while Handling), then they will fix it (if economical) or replace it if its to much to repair it via the Service Center in Kentucky (Geek Squad City)... If you drop it and the screen cracks and you have the basic Manu. Warranty YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED...
