What’s the green wire 4 ? null

It's the grounding or an extra grounding wire.

Ground wire ! Hook it to the dryer ground wire .

It goes to the ground then color match the rest and you all set.

It's a ground wire that gets connected to the metal backing of the dryer

The green is the ground wire. You'll have to connect that one to the ground screw on the back.

It is a 240 volt plug: red and black are the 2 phases of the 240 volt feed, white is neutral, and green is ground

this is a quality 4 conductor speaker cable: the 4 conductors are for speaker left plus & minus and speaker right plus & minus. Normal configuration is red/right positive, black/right negative, green/left positive, and white/left negative

It wasn’t a connection for it so I didn’t use it. It didn’t affect my dryer from working one way or the other.
