Best buy will remove the old ones and install the New ones/ Haul away the old ones. This can be established at time of purchase.

Best Buy will do both of these you need, when ordered just let service rep know or if using internet just click on install and removal, there will be a service charge for each, install, removal & haul away.

Most stores that sell washers and dryers usually offer either free installation or at a discounted price and will ask if you want the old one hauled away or possibly donated so you may want to ask when you go to make your purchase
