“Is the 4 volt battery easily replaceable ?”

• No and the built in battery will not recharge after it dies the first time , that is what mine did no good

• I experienced great customer support from this company along with benefiting from their generous two-year warranty on this sprayer. The manual recommended using only their charger (a USB cable and a plug). I have several of these plugs and none of them said Sun-Snow Joe, so I went online to contact customer support to clarify what their plug looked like. I had to first register the product (easy). Then from their registration page I was able to start a chat session (calling is also an option or email, I think). For free, they sent me a replacement charging unit. My sprayer still did not charge so I again contacted customer support. They are sending a new unit. Again for free.
