A:AnswerIt's a little tricky but press and hold big gold button and use a little strength to wiggle up and out and when you put it back in I would hold the button again and then when you put it in it's important on the right side of the container it latches as well when you let go of the gold button it can't be up in the air any so there's two areas that holds it in
