It is used for a hp envy. I would guess the omen would fit. Plenty of room for accessories.

Not sure about the omen. I use it to carry a acer Aspire E 15 and a table in the main compartment. I think the main exterior compartment will handle the mouse; I keep a wireless mouse, the power supply, external drive in carry case and asst junk with no problem The smaller side pocket handles pens, eyeglass case and other junk As mentioned in my review you should consider a better quality shoulder strap
