• 7 inch tablet for the smaller one but the bigger one can fit a 10.1 inch tablet.

• Max size of a laptop is 15.5 inches. If a Surface Pro 2017 is 15.5 inches wide or less then it will fit.

• it'll hold a 10"tablet without a case. with a case will depend on how bulky it is. however the laptop section is pretty large and theres quite a bit of space for other stuff in the main pocker where the laptop goes. Photo shows 15" mac book pro, ipad mini+galaxy tab a and akai LPD8.
