Can it be used in balcony for a condo ? null

I use my Solo Stove on my deck under a roof with no problem.

You should check with your condo association to see if the are any regulations regarding the presence of an open flame. Personally, I don’t see any danger of a fire hazard when using strictly pellets and observing normal safety precautions. Realize that it does take some time to cool down after use.
