They are completely waterproof.

Thank you for your question. These satellite speakers are designed to live in and withstand the outside elements. That said, be mindful and do not allow water to pool up on the speaker cone like a cup of water. Keeping the satellite at a slight angle, allowing any water to drain, would be best.
