Hi, Thank you for your question. The Sonos amp, satellite speakers, and subwoofer in both packages are the same. The MAG 4.1 package includes an IPORT XPRESS remote control for Sonos with four satellite speakers and one subwoofer. The MAG6.1 package comes with six satellite speakers, one subwoofer and does not include the IPORT XPRESS remote. I hope you found this information helpful.
