No, the sub is inline only and the Sonos AMP will not be able to handle two subs.

The included (6) satellite speakers and (1) subwoofer is the maximum number of speakers you should connect to the Sonos amp. Adding more speakers may result in an unacceptable load which could damage the Sonos amp. I hope you found this information helpful.
