• Your understanding is incorrect. No RCA cables are used. What you need is one speaker cable that has 4 wires. 2 for right channel and 2 for the left channel and then you daisy chain the connection as you lay out your speakers. Each pair of speaker will be a left and a right and you break into the cable along the way to make the connections. See the photo of the wire needed.
