On the Sonos app select settings, select system, select the room name, and select EQ. Then you can adjust the sliders for bass or traeble. My system sounded really good right out of the box. You may also want to check your wiring of the speakers. It’s possible you got some of the wires reversed causing the polarity to be wrong. This will affect the sound.
