What gauge speaker wire is required null

Hi, Thank you for your question! For the Sonance MAG6.1 system, we typically recommend using 14-gauge (14 AWG) direct burial–rated speaker wire for most installations. Here are some general guidelines: • Up to ~100 ft: 16 AWG is acceptable, but 14 AWG is preferred • 100–200 ft: 14 AWG recommended • 200+ ft: 12 AWG may be beneficial to minimize signal loss Since this is an outdoor system, be sure to use direct burial or outdoor-rated wire. I hope you found this information helpful. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our California-based support team at 949-492-7777.
