Thanks for the question. The MAG6R speakers will work in a bathroom; however, they are not designed to be used in areas that would expose them to excessive water or moisture. Installing these speakers in a moist or wet place could shorten the speaker's expected usable life, so I cannot recommend them for use as you describe. However, we do have a speaker that is designed specifically for wet environments; it's our Visual Performance Extreme line of speakers, which can be viewed here:
