Hi, Thank you for your question. The Sonance MAG6R speakers require standard two-conductor speaker wire. We recommend using 16-gauge, in-wall rated speaker wire for most installations. I would also recommend using 14-gauge wire for longer runs to help maintain sound quality. I hope you found this information helpful.
