Hi, Thank you for your question. The included Sonos Amp is not marine grade and is not designed to be exposed to the elements. It should be installed in a dry, protected indoor location or in a properly ventilated, weather-protected enclosure if used outdoors. The MAG Series outdoor speakers themselves are designed for outdoor installation, but the amplifier must be kept out of direct exposure to rain, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions.
