“Is there a cable opening in this mount for when it is flush against a flat surface? I would need to be able to feed the cable through the threaded opening and out the side of the bracket.”

Hi, Thank you for your question.Yes, there is a cutout allowing the speaker wire to come out the side of the mount. This allows the mount to lay flat on the mounting surface.
