  • QuestionCan the speakers be placed in a bathroom?

    • Answer Hi, Thanks for the question. The Sonance VP82R speakers will work in a bathroom; however, they are not designed to be used in areas that would expose them to excessive water or moisture. Installing these speakers in a moist or wet place could shorten the speaker's expected usable life, so I cannot recommend them for use areas as described. However, we do have a speaker that is designed specifically for wet environments; it's our Visual Performance Extreme line of speakers, which can be viewed here: https://www.sonance.com/outdoor/rocks-mariners-extreme/vp-extreme/products We have engineered these speakers to live in/withstand wet environments. These speakers can be special ordered at your local Best Buy. The SKU# for our VPXT8R 8" speaker is 6253958. I hope you found this information helpful.
