I have had these headphones since last September. I always charge them overnight. I usually use them at night for a couple hours. Sometime the battery will last for that duration, other times they go dead after 30 minutes. What’s the fix for this? null

Charge them until the light turns green.  More than that you are damaging the battery.

They have a 20 plus some hours battery life, I wouldn't charge them every night; that will shorten the battery life significantly.

Something is wrong with the battery, you need to get them replaced There is unfortunately no fix
