• Hi, thank you for your question. If a TV states eARC support, you may want to check to see if eArc is enabled in the settings. Also, be sure that the HDMI Input settings are adjusted to enhanced. Outside of these settings changes, confirm that the source and source material is ready for Atmos as well as the HDMI cabling being used.
