Before I invested in the Sonos Arc, I would upgrade my TV. You really need the HDMI ARC jack to utilize this great Sonos Arc soundbar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So, there’s isn’t a different between both eARC, and ARC. Behind your TV if I’m correct have 2 HDMI, and one in the side/front. They should be label eARC on them if they offer it on that TV, (which I don’t think they do) but you can still use the soundbar which you have to buy a optical digital output for that particular TV. Which bestbuy does sell. Just let them know that you need one that connects into an HDMI cable to an optical cable. Hopefully, I helped you with this situation. Good luck !
