“Bought a Sonos Arc Sound bar June first, hooked up today and went through all the steps, my TV is a Hitachi plasma 11 years old so had to use the optical adapter, did not have arc hookup. all the steps seem to go find but the sound cutting out bad.”

Mine did this too but with the arc hook up on a 3 year old Visio. I switched to the optical and it fixed everything. Might try updating the software or call the help line.
