“Will i be able to connect either the Sonos Arc or theSonos sound bar (still debating on which one i want) to my Mac computer or do these speakers only connect to Telievisions?”

I Believe you might be able to as long as you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi because Sonos doesn’t have Bluetooth I airplay everything from my phone to the arc I don’t see why you couldn’t do the same with your Mac Hope this helps

The Sonos Arc and Beam both support Airplay 2 which means you can get great sound streamed to these products from your Airplay 2 compatible Mac computer.
