Works with any tv with an HDMI arc port. You can then use your TV remote to control the sound when the TV is on. You need an app to set things up. It is much more than a soundbar, it is an Alexa streaming device so you need the app to set up the device to your wifi and link to your Amazon and other streaming accounts. You can then use your phone also to control the sound. It also does airplay.
