“I am very interested in purchasing the Sonos Beam sound bar. I have old style Sonos connect amp with 4 speakers wired to my patio. 4 speakers is max they tell me. I want put the sonos beam on my outside tv. Will this all sync and play together.”

The Sonos amp will synchronize if grouped with the Sonos Beam and your Patio speakers will play the same sound as the Beam

We should disclaim that the Beam although it will work outside, is not designed as an outdoor product. We would recommend if doing this, that it's covered from the elements.
