• The Sonos Five is designed to sit on a table or mount to a wall with a third party mount. There could be issues with wireless signal strength if the cabinet of the Five was enclosed in a wall, but that depends on the type of wall, the strength of the WiFi signal, etc. Sonos does sell in wall speakers developed in conjunction with Sonance that you can find on bestbuy.com. These passive speakers are designed to be used with the Sonos Amp and created to look great in a wall.
