First make sure that you have a voice assistant installed in the app. If that does not work unplug your player and plug it back in.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem with the microphone. It took me a while. I returned the play 1 for another one. I think the play1's are a bit more fussy then the Play 5.
